La idea

Good food should not be complicated to have every week. This service exists for Cuenca residents who want to eat well, really well, without spending every evening in the kitchen.

The cooking here draws from two places at once: the Ecuadorian culinary tradition I grew up inside, and a broader international kitchen shaped by years of studying nutrition and gastronomy. What that means on your plate is variety, Ecuadorian stews alongside Mediterranean grains, Asian-inspired vegetables next to Andean staples, all prepared with the same foundational commitment: that every dish nourishes as much as it satisfies.

Each plate is built with balance in mind. Not the kind that counts numbers on a label, but the kind that comes from using real, whole ingredients in the right combination: proteins, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and a range of vegetables that cover what your body actually needs across a week.

Every ingredient is sourced seasonally and locally where possible. Dishes arrive in biodegradable containers, because the same care that goes into what you eat should extend to what it comes in.

And everything is prepared in a kitchen that meets the hygiene standards you would expect from a professional culinary operation, clean, controlled, and consistent every week.

Cada pedido es personal.

Esto no es un meal kit con menú fijo. Si hay un ingrediente que no comes, una alergia que considerar, o una preferencia dietética, avísanos. El menú se adapta. La relación importa más que la transacción.

Cómo pedir

Domingo · martes · jueves o viernes.

Revisa el menú semanal cuando se publica el domingo. Envía tu selección por WhatsApp hasta el martes. Confirmamos tu pedido, coordinamos entrega o pickup para jueves o viernes, y arreglamos el pago en ese momento.

Primera vez: cuando escribas, comparte tu nombre, dirección de entrega, teléfono y cualquier alergia o requerimiento. Lo guardamos para que pedir la siguiente semana te tome treinta segundos.
